All wigs are constructed with a sewing machine. To add lace customisation, select it on the add-ons page after choosing your service.
Colouring and wash only — no styling or cutting included. Add a colour to any wig service above and the price drops automatically.

Select a date and time slot to drop off your wig. You can leave it in our parcel drop box — you don't need to wait. Maximum 4 bookings per slot.
Check everything looks right before you confirm.
Payment in full secures your booking. A confirmation email with our drop-off address and full order summary will be sent to you immediately. Processing time is 5–10 days from receipt of your wig(s). We will confirm your collection or return date once we receive them. Human hair wigs only.

1. Transit responsibility
Your wig is your responsibility until it reaches us. We are not liable for loss or damage in transit to us. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
2. Return delivery
Returns are sent via Special Next Day tracked delivery, insured up to £750. If lost on return, a claim will be filed on your behalf.
3. Refunds
Standard bookings: cancel within 48 hours for a 90% refund if no work has started and no hair purchased. Express bookings: cancel within 24 hours on the same terms. After these windows all bookings are non-refundable. Purchased hair and completed services are non-refundable regardless of timing.
4. Colour results
Results vary depending on hair condition and porosity. An exact match cannot be guaranteed.
5. Condition on arrival
We reserve the right to refuse or delay any service if your wig arrives in an undisclosed condition.
6. Processing times
All times are estimates and may vary with demand.
7. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements, preferences and delivery details at booking. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Allergies
Disclose any known allergies before booking. We are not liable for reactions where this was not disclosed in advance.
10. Cancellations
Standard: 48 hours. Express: 24 hours. Non-refundable after respective windows.
11. Photo & marketing consent
By booking you consent to before/after photos of your service being used for our portfolio, social media and marketing purposes.
12. Cooling-off period
Your right to cancel under Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply once work has begun.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
